This means that you will email us the artwork already set up in its correct format and size for production and no editing or design is required. See Artwork Setup below for specifications. For file sizes larger than 10MB, send it to “print@pixelspot.co.za” via WeTransfer.com.

Art Setup / Terms & Conditions

Orders placed for any branded item on this site requires artwork which must to be supplied to us. It is not included in the item price.

To ensure speedy implementation of your artwork, please conform to the specifications below. Any artwork not supplied that needs to be created, including changes, unusable low resolution images, resetting, resizing, etc., will be billed.

Logo design and origination is a separate entity that IS NOT INCLUDED in any standard artwork setup.

Sizing: All files should be setup up 100% on the exact page size for final output. You may include a 0,3 point black edge outline for trimming.
DO NOT add bleed or crop marks We will stipulate if required.

Bitmap/Raster Formats accepted: JPG, EPS, TIFF
300dpi @ 50%
200dpi @ 100%

Open files accepted: PDF, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity Suite, Freehand.

Fonts to be converted to paths (and supplied) before document is saved in any format.

Files to be in CMYK or RGB. Colour proofs must be supplied with jobs, including Pantone references to ensure colour matching etc. We will not be held responsible for any colour or font deviations whatsoever.

BMP, WhatsApp or low rez phone photos. Any images extracted from the internet violate copyright laws. Images and artwork in MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint. Tiny images enlarged more than 50% may result in bitmapping, for which we will not be held accountable. All these files are compressed, low resolution files that resulting in poor image prints.
