Please email artwork as per Artwork Specifications. If you require us to create your artwork, please advise so we can quote you based on the complexity of your layout.

Orders placed for any branded item on this site requires artwork which must to be supplied to us. It is not included in the item price.

To ensure speedy implementation of your artwork, please conform to the specifications below. Any artwork not supplied that needs to be created, including changes, unusable low resolution images, resetting, resizing, etc., will be billed.

Logo design and origination is a separate entity that IS NOT INCLUDED in any standard artwork setup.

Sizing: All files should be setup up 100% on the exact page size for final output. You may include a 0,3 point black edge outline for trimming.
Bleed or crop marks: We will stipulate if required.

Bitmap/Raster Formats accepted: JPG, EPS, TIFF
Resolution:
300dpi @ 50%
200dpi @ 100%

Open files accepted: PDF, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity Suite, Freehand.

Fonts to be converted to paths (and supplied) before document is saved in any format.

Files to be in CMYK or RGB. Colour proofs must be supplied with jobs, including Pantone references to ensure colour matching etc. We will not be held responsible for any colour or font deviations whatsoever.

Files NOT ACCEPTED:
BMP, WhatsApp or low rez phone photos. Any images extracted from the internet violate copyright laws. Images and artwork in MS Word, Excel, Publisher and Powerpoint. Tiny images enlarged more than 50% may result in bitmapping, for which we will not be held accountable. All these files are compressed, low resolution files that resulting in poor image prints.

DESIGN MANDATE

Only work stipulated on the quote will be completed.
Any new instructions must have a new PO created and invoiced separately.
Our staff is under no obligation to perform any extra work on site that is not part of the original quote. If any extra work is forced under these circumstances that is not part of an existing mandate, Pixelspot will not be held responsible under any circumstance for any misplacement, loss or damage whatsoever.
Any changes to an existing quote will be deemed new and any due dates will become null and void.
No verbal or Whatsapp instructions will be deemed valid.

ARTWORK

By approving any artwork supplied, client is responsible for correction of innacuracies before production.

Under no circumstances will Pixelspot be responsible for any mistakes, colour, spelling or details not specified or supplied.

All work must include Job Form, pics & proofs.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments 100% upfront and cleared before work begins.
After hours work is billed at 150%, Saturday work labour is billed at 200%, Sunday 300% plus after hours transport.
A Purchase Order or Approval via Email is compulsory.

RUSHED JOBS, OVERTIME, AFTER HOURS & WEEKENDS

Rushed jobs are charged at 25% extra to bypass the production queue.
No guarantees in rushed jobs. Under no circumstance will Pixelspot be responsible for inferior quality for any rushed jobs. Fixes and upgrades will be charged accordingly.
Any delays onsite due to security or additional work, are at the customers’ expense.

ELECTRICAL WORK

Pixelspot staff does not perform any electrical work such as wiring, cable chasing and trunking under any circumstance. We test our signage on site and supply a cable where the final connection needs to be done by the clients’ / body corporate centre / management qualified electrician.

INSTALLATIONS / SITE VISIT

Callout rejection fee minimum R350.

Any work over 3m height will require a crane or scaffolding.

GUARANTEES

All signage is guaranteed for one year unless otherwise stipulated. We will not be held accountable for Acts of Nature.
Rushed jobs are not guaranteed. Discounts will void guarantees.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and specified per job and complexity.
Any changes to an existing quote will be deemed new and any due dates will become null and void.

PICKUP/DELIVERY / SHIPMENT

To keep you informed about the progress of your delivery, we provide shipment tracking for most orders. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its arrival.

Signage not collected within 30 days will be sold to recovery. Storage at R150/day.

DISCLAIMER

Any electronic equipment (TV screens, powerbanks) to be branded are left on our property at the customers discretion. 
Any vehicles left on our property for branding are at the owners’ discretion.
Pixelspot will not be held responsible to any damage or theft to any unit/s or vehicle/s whatsoever.

No verbal agreements will be entered into.
